Effective 3 September 2026
Website privacy notice.
This notice describes the information VBoarder receives through this website and how it is used.
The short version
VBoarder uses information submitted through the contact form to evaluate and respond to the request. Do not send passwords, protected health information, classified information, payment-card data, or unnecessary sensitive records through the form.
Information collected
The contact form requests a name, business and line of work, email address, optional phone number, and problem description. A project category may be carried from the page that opened the form. If present, basic campaign parameters and the referring page may also be attached to the inquiry.
How it is used
Information is used to review the request, communicate with the submitter, assess project fit, protect the form from abuse, and maintain a business record of the inquiry. It is not used by the website to make an automated quote, scheduling commitment, or eligibility decision.
Where it may be processed
The site is hosted by a website hosting provider. Inquiry email may be processed by VBoarder’s email provider. If the optional lead database is activated, the inquiry may also be stored in VBoarder’s configured database. Service providers may process information under their own terms and security controls.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for project evaluation, business records, security, legal obligations, or an active customer relationship. Records that are not needed should be deleted or de-identified.
Cookies and analytics
This build does not intentionally set non-essential advertising cookies. It uses session storage to carry campaign parameters through the current browser session. If analytics, advertising, or additional embedded services are activated later, this notice and any consent controls should be updated before activation.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and business-record obligations. Contact info@vboarder.com.
Changes
VBoarder may update this notice when the site, systems, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
