How we agree it is done
Check the result together.
The final scope names the test cases and the person who accepts the work. These checks are the starting point.
- The assistant passes the agreed representative cases; unresolved limitations are documented.
- Tests demonstrate the expected behavior for missing sources, failed tools, and actions requiring human approval.
- Your designated operator can update approved knowledge, inspect results, and disable or restore the assistant.
Keep the first project manageable.
Autonomous business commitments, continuous monitoring, a production telephone agent, and unrestricted access to company systems are outside this first project.
You receive the agreed configuration, documentation, and training. Third-party charges are disclosed separately; an ongoing VBoarder subscription is not required.
Can you review an assistant we already built?
Yes. A review can cover its instructions, knowledge, tools, approval points, and representative failures, followed by a scoped repair recommendation.
Does it need to run on private hardware?
No. We assess the task and data requirements first. Cloud, hybrid, and local options can be compared when the workload calls for it.
